Senior Consultant - Forensic and Integrity Services

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Forensic and Integrity Services team in the Jordan Resources Hub. The role focuses on helping organisations protect and restore their reputation by delivering regulatory compliance, fraud risk assessments, and internal audit services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with external clients and internal peers.
• Lead presentations, proposals and complex project elements.
• Provide subject‑matter insight for bids and develop commercial insights for clients.
• Lead and grow a team delivering regulatory compliance, corporate governance, fraud risk, enterprise risk management and internal control services.
• Manage multiple client engagement teams at an executive level.
• Perform internal control testing, develop internal audit plans and deliver outsourced internal audit services.
• Assess clients’ internal controls and SOX frameworks to mitigate risk.
• Guide team members, perform complex procedures and create engagement strategies that meet professional standards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level consulting experience in forensic, integrity or risk‑management services.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong background in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, fraud risk assessment and internal audit.
• Experience with SOX assessments and internal control testing.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with high‑level client personnel.
