Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

CNTXT is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead high‑impact strategy and transformation initiatives for public‑sector and enterprise clients. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to design operating models, improve governance, and drive AI‑enabled digital transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation engagements across government and private‑sector organizations.
• Conduct organizational, digital and operational maturity assessments.
• Develop transformation strategies, operating models, governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation and AI adoption.
• Facilitate executive workshops and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define strategic priorities.
• Design policies, SOPs, governance models and performance‑management frameworks.
• Perform benchmarking, gap assessments and business‑process reviews against global best practices.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases and recommendations for leadership teams and board committees.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery within scope and timelines.
• Support proposal development, client relationship management and business‑development activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and help build CNTXT’s consulting capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, digital transformation or enterprise advisory.
• Experience with a leading consulting firm (Big Four, Tier 2 or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Proven track record delivering transformation projects for government, public‑sector or large enterprise organizations.
• Strong knowledge of business strategy, digital transformation, operating‑model design, enterprise governance, business‑process improvement, organizational design, change management and performance management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• AI strategy and generative AI (GenAI) concepts.
• Automation and data‑driven technologies.
• Emerging technology awareness.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or Prosci certifications (preferred).
