Senior Consultant – Urban Planning & Architecture

About the role

EY is looking for a passionate Senior Consultant to join its Technical Hubs in the MENA region. You will work on a variety of urban planning, architecture, and landscape projects for clients across KSA, UAE, Qatar and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Create deliverables such as maps, drawings, reports, presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Manage specific workstreams within client engagements, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Act as the internal point of contact for assigned workstreams, fostering effective communication.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative analyses to support evidence‑based decisions.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, opportunity scoping and stakeholder research.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
• 0‑5 years of experience in management or technical consulting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
