Senior Corporate Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Corporate Operations Executive to support planning activities across First‑Mile, Middle‑Mile, Last‑Mile, and Linehaul operations. The role focuses on developing and executing short‑ and long‑term capacity plans to ensure smooth operational flow, cost efficiency and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze capacity drivers across stations, identify gaps or risks and support short‑ and long‑term capacity planning.
• Conduct annual capacity analysis based on expected volumes and operational trends.
• Monitor inbound distribution, report deviations and ensure stations meet production targets.
• Report production flow versus customer projections and recommend scaling actions.
• Track production distribution across courier, outsourced and crowdsourced models, supporting cost optimisation.
• Coordinate with Finance and station management on yearly budget and ABC cost per shipment.
• Develop and maintain resource planning models and dashboards for capacity tracking, especially during peak periods.
• Conduct bi‑monthly capacity reviews to align with service and cost targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Analytical mindset with solid data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in capacity planning or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with financial tracking and budgeting.
