Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our branded distribution and marketing company's warehouse. The role involves managing daily activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including shift scheduling, task assignments, and performance oversight.
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise licensing and regulatory processes related to the Food & Drug Administration.
• Handle customs procedures, including deposits, inbound/outbound logistics, and clearance.
• Oversee product disposal and destruction in line with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Enforce safety and security protocols within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment across departments.
• Continuously improve warehouse layout and processes for optimal efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance and functionality of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead training and development initiatives for warehouse staff to ensure compliance and high performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in food or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong understanding of storage, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Solid leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
