Senior ERP Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ERP Specialist to lead the administration and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. The role involves close collaboration with business users, Microsoft Support and implementation partners to ensure a reliable and efficient ERP ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for Dynamics 365 users, troubleshoot issues and coordinate escalations.
• Manage user access, security roles, licensing and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Design, maintain and optimise approval workflows and business processes.
• Develop and maintain ERP documentation, user guides and knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with Microsoft Support and implementation partners to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
• Administer ERP environments, including batch jobs, sandbox environments and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Support Power Platform solutions such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Monitor ERP performance and execute routine operational activities.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, implementations and new feature roll‑outs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands‑on ERP experience, with at least 2 years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience supporting finance, procurement, supply chain, warehouse, production or asset management functions.
• Strong background in ERP administration, troubleshooting, user support, training and business process improvement.
• Preferred Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate, Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert).
