Senior Investment Associate

About the role

The Senior Investment Associate will drive the company’s investment growth agenda within an integrated industrial setting. You will identify opportunities, evaluate financial viability, and coordinate stakeholders across capacity expansions, process investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market developments and industry trends to spot investment opportunities.
• Conduct research and analysis on targets, sectors, and growth projects.
• Develop financial projections, models, and investment cases.
• Challenge assumptions and assess feasibility of proposals.
• Support impairment assessments and related financial reviews.
• Evaluate M&A, greenfield/brownfield, and organic growth opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposals for management and governance committees.
• Assist in implementation and resource monitoring of approved plans.
• Engage external advisors, consultants, and auditors as needed.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply‑chain teams.
• Apply strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTEL) and support ESG reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or business strategy.
• Proven experience with M&A, investment evaluation, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and with external partners.
