Senior Manager, Logistics (Supply Chain Cluster)

About the role

Nestlé is hiring a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Cluster Logistics Manager in Amman, Jordan, reporting to the Associate Director, Supply Chain. The role leads logistics operations across the cluster, driving warehouse and transportation activities through the country logistics teams and partners, and supports the cluster's customer service, LC2A savings and COD optimization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead warehousing, transportation, customs clearance and distribution operations across the cluster through country teams and logistics partners.
• Manage the logistics budget and deliver annual cost-optimization objectives through efficiency and improvement projects.
• Ensure timely customs clearance, inbound operations, outbound deliveries and customer order fulfilment.
• Drive safety, quality, compliance and sustainability across logistics operations.
• Evaluate supplier and 3PL performance, review supplier agreements on time and archive logistics documentation accurately.
• Support logistics transformation, digitalization, capability development, investments and CAPEX requirements.
• Coach and develop country logistics teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• APICS CSCP or another relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum eight years of progressive logistics and supply chain experience, including a senior management or regional leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG or a similarly complex environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing suppliers and 3PL providers.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

• Strong knowledge of logistics budgeting, distribution costs, cost drivers and cost optimization.
• Advanced analytical abilities to interpret operational and financial information.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
