Senior Manager – Valuations & Business Modeling

About the role

EY Parthenon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Valuation and Business Modelling practice in Amman. You will work closely with senior client executives on acquisition, divestiture and transformation projects, delivering strategic valuation insights that drive value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams delivering valuations, financial models and market assessments for strategic transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to define value drivers, agree on measurement approaches and present findings in reports and presentations.
• Develop and review deliverables such as Excel data books, written valuation reports and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell EY services and contribute to account management and business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff, support their professional development and foster a learning culture within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business valuation, corporate finance or related advisory work.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, market sizing, financial analysis and capital allocation.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
