Senior Sales Manager

About the role

As a Senior Sales Manager with Hilton, you will drive group sales and create memorable guest experiences by turning prospects into loyal customers. You will be the face of the hotel for your market segment, shaping revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and qualify leads to generate new business and exceed lead‑generation targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to increase room revenue.
• Analyze hotel and market trends to design and execute sales plans and marketing initiatives.
• Lead the full sales cycle: prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and close contracts while maximizing profitability.
• Coordinate booking details—including rooms, food & beverage, and meeting spaces—and ensure accurate entry in the hotel’s sales management system.
