Senior Social Media Officer – Corporate Communications

About the role

Jo Academy is looking for a Senior Social Media Officer to join its Corporate Communications team. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, you will shape the company’s corporate presence on LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter) and other professional platforms, translating corporate milestones into engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow corporate social media accounts, primarily LinkedIn and X.
• Develop, maintain, and execute monthly and annual content calendars.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts in line with approved communication plans.
• Translate corporate initiatives, announcements, and achievements into compelling social media content.
• Write high‑quality captions in both Arabic and English, tailored to each platform.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify communication opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure alignment of corporate and marketing content.
• Oversee design and development of social media assets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in managing corporate social media channels.
• Excellent written communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams.
