Senior Software Project Manager – Wealth Management (Jordan)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Project Manager with extensive experience in wealth‑management domain projects. The role is initially remote from Jordan, with the possibility of onsite work as business needs evolve. You will lead enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise technology and digital transformation projects.
• Manage stakeholder and executive relationships across client locations and regional offices.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to drive project success.
• Produce regular reporting, documentation, and status updates for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of professional experience, including 3+ years as a Senior Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in software development or technology implementation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or Agile.
