Senior Tax Technology & Transformation Consultant

About the role

EY’s Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) team is seeking a senior consultant to help organisations modernise their tax and finance functions through technology, data analytics and AI‑enabled solutions. The role will work closely with tax, finance and technology stakeholders to design, implement and test digital tax solutions across corporate tax, indirect tax, e‑invoicing and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for tax transformation projects.
• Prepare, validate and reconcile large data sets to support tax reporting.
• Develop analytics and reporting solutions using visualization tools.
• Support implementation activities, including system testing (SIT/UAT) and defect management.
• Assist clients in adopting e‑invoicing, digital tax reporting and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Lead workstreams, manage deliverables and coordinate testing activities where appropriate.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to client workshops and solution design discussions.

Required profile

• Analytical, detail‑oriented and collaborative mindset with a passion for tax, technology and data.
• Experience in tax technology, tax transformation, finance transformation or related consulting.
• Strong data and analytics capabilities, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant certifications in tax, accounting, data analytics or related disciplines are a plus.
