About the role

Orange Jordan is seeking a dynamic Shop Sales & Services Manager to lead its retail outlet in Aqaba. You will be responsible for driving revenue, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets through effective strategies and team motivation.
• Develop and implement innovative sales and service initiatives to improve customer retention.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales and service professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage shop operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, optimal resource allocation, and cost control.
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and implement data‑driven solutions.
• Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and strong negotiation skills.
• Maintain consistent application of Orange brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with regional managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability and meet demand.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Administration.
• 5‑7 years of retail management experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using sales and customer data.
