Social Media Manager – Full‑time (On‑site, Amman)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of our clients across multiple platforms. Based in Amman, you will work on‑site with our creative and advertising teams to design, execute and optimise social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Create, schedule and publish posts, write compelling captions and review creative assets before they go live.
• Shoot short‑form videos using a mobile phone and perform basic editing in CapCut (cutting, subtitles, transitions, music syncing).
• Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, CTR and conversions, and prepare weekly analyses.
• Produce monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal design, advertising and media‑buying teams to align content with campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing business social media accounts.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic mobile video shooting and CapCut editing skills.
