Solution Specialist (Technical Sales)

About the role

Maqsam is an Arabic AI-powered contact center solution for the MENA region, offering Arabic call transcription, advanced analytics and insights, and an in-house LLM-based AI model. It is looking for a Solution Specialist who turns conversations into closed deals, owns the full sales cycle and is motivated by commission.

Key responsibilities

• Find and create new opportunities through outreach, cold calls, networking and prospecting
• Run discovery sessions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Own the sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and close
• Build lasting relationships while consistently meeting and exceeding targets

Required profile

• A deal-driven "hunter" comfortable leading conversations and pitching
• Tech-savvy, quick to learn new software and able to explain it to others
• Sales experience, especially in outreach, prospecting or SaaS, is a strong plus
• Experience with the Maqsam platform is a bonus
