About the role
The Spa Service Expert (Receptionist) is the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa at our hotel in Sweimeh. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, promote spa services and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa treatments and retail products to guests.
- Schedule and confirm spa reservations using the reservation system.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process payments.
- Maintain accurate records in the reservation software.
- Uphold safety standards, uniform appearance, and professional communication.
- Perform light physical tasks such as moving items up to 10 lb unaided and up to 25 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific certifications needed.
Required skills
- Operation of reservation software.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
