About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Spare Parts Manager to lead our spare parts operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, strong sales performance, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop the spare parts team.
Manage inventory levels, procurement, and stock control.
Set pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Monitor sales performance, turnover, and reduce obsolete stock.
Coordinate with service and sales departments for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and customs requirements.
Handle customer complaints and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

Minimum 7 years experience in spare parts or automotive industry.
Strong leadership and inventory management abilities.
Good analytical and decision‑making skills.
Knowledge of procurement and pricing strategies.
