Specialist Logistics Training

About the role

Talabat is seeking a Specialist Logistics Training to lead the full training lifecycle for its delivery riders. The role focuses on onboarding new riders, re‑training existing riders, and continuously improving rider performance to ensure a high‑quality delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new riders and re‑onboard existing riders on internal SOPs, new features and policies.
• Design, document and deliver training SOPs, metrics and performance improvement plans.
• Track and report daily, weekly and monthly onboarding/re‑onboarding statistics to the Rider Manager.
• Assess training effectiveness through surveys and feedback, and adjust programs accordingly.
• Monitor rider behaviour, appearance and professionalism, and implement corrective actions for low‑performing riders.
• Reduce rider‑related customer complaints by improving rider quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of experience as a training professional, preferably in logistics or delivery operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven people‑management experience with large groups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms.
