Supervising Associate – Account Manager (Business Development)

About the role

EY is looking for a Supervising Associate to join its Client Excellence team in Amman. In this role you will act as the central orchestrator for strategic accounts, collaborating with Global Client Service Partners, account leadership and service line stakeholders to shape account strategies, identify growth opportunities and ensure disciplined execution of priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic account plans for priority clients.
• Work closely with GCSPs, account leadership and service line teams to drive growth objectives.
• Coordinate account governance activities, leadership meetings, reviews and planning sessions.
• Monitor account performance, client health, pipeline activity and strategic initiatives.
• Identify and qualify growth opportunities in collaboration with account teams.
• Gather and analyse client, market and account intelligence to inform decisions.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations, reports, dashboards and briefing materials.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders, service lines and geographic teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management or business development within professional services.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business growth drivers.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
