Supervisor – Airport Lounge & Transit Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Supervisor to lead front‑of‑house operations in both our Airport Lounge and Transit Hotel. You will ensure seamless guest experiences from check‑in to departure while coordinating with multiple departments in a fast‑paced, multicultural airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front‑of‑house activities across the lounge and hotel, managing guest flow, check‑in, access control and departures.
• Lead, coach and schedule Guest Service Associates, ensuring consistent service excellence.
• Handle guest complaints, special requests and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor and maintain service quality standards, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Kitchen, Security and other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
• Oversee shift handovers, task allocation and staff scheduling.
• Ensure accurate reporting, billing and compliance with operational procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• 3–4 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in hotel front office or airport lounge settings.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
