Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Recruitment Assistant

About the role

Acuative, a leading IT solutions services company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its fast‑growing tech teams. You will play a key part in sourcing, evaluating and securing top‑tier talent for a variety of technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment processes in partnership with the HR team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and draft detailed job descriptions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Track and analyse recruiting metrics (time‑to‑hire, source of hire) and report updates to the HR Director, EMEA.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with potential candidates.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (including internships or part‑time roles).
• Experience in a technical environment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networks for sourcing.
• Familiarity with online job boards and resume databases.
