Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition & Development Manager leads the end‑to‑end recruitment process and the continuous development of our workforce. This role ensures that the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified talent while providing growth pathways for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach the recruitment team, providing training and career development plans.
• Organize staffing levels and resources to meet organizational excellence targets.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and managerial positions, from assessment to offer.
• Design and implement strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast internal moves and vacancies.
• Update and create recruiting procedures, monitor metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire, and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at job fairs and build relationships with external partners and agencies.
• Revise onboarding programs and design learning initiatives to support new hires and ongoing employee development.
• Conduct yearly performance and talent reviews, and work with senior leadership to shape a diverse talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; MBA or HR certifications are a plus.
• 6‑8 years of experience in talent acquisition and development, with proven team‑leadership experience.
• Experience in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments is advantageous.
