Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Insaan Global is expanding its US‑facing sales and customer experience teams and needs a proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to keep the hiring pipeline full. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for sales and future verticals, ensuring high‑quality hires that stay long‑term.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions from sourcing to offer closure.
• Conduct high‑volume phone screens, including C1/C2 English fluency assessments.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, universities and passive outreach.
• Coordinate second‑round and final interviews with hiring managers.
• Build offers, negotiate terms and secure start dates.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and weekly funnel metrics.
• Develop and nurture talent pools for recurring roles.
• Hand off new hires to operations for onboarding.

Required profile

• Fluent English at C1 or C2 level, able to assess candidates on this bar daily.
• Legally eligible to work in Jordan and able to work on‑site in Amman.
• Reliable, accountable and coachable.
