Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Insaan Global, a technology‑enabled BPO operating from Amman, is expanding its US‑facing sales and customer experience teams. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to own full‑cycle recruiting for sales and future verticals, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned requisitions end‑to‑end: source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close.
• Conduct high‑volume phone screens, including C1/C2 English fluency assessments.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, universities, and passive outreach.
• Coordinate second‑round and final interviews with hiring managers.
• Build offers, negotiate terms, and secure start dates.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and weekly funnel metrics.
• Develop and sustain talent pools for each role.
• Facilitate onboarding handoff with operations.

Required profile

• Fluent English at C1/C2 level, able to assess candidates on this bar daily.
• Legally eligible to work in Jordan and able to work on‑site in Amman.
• Reliable, accountable, and coachable.
