Talent Management Consultant – Global Education Practice (Remote, 6.5 months)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Talent Management Consultant to support the Global Education Practice. The consultant will help reinvigorate and operationalise the Talent Management Strategy for a 6.5‑month remote assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Adviser (Education) for Global Management and Partnerships and HR Business Partners.
• Assist in the design, implementation and monitoring of talent identification, development, sourcing and deployment processes.
• Support the Global Education Practice and Global Programme Division in aligning talent initiatives with education programming goals.
• Prepare deliverables and reports as outlined in the Terms of Reference.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (Master’s level or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Relevant experience in talent management, HR strategy or consultancy within international or development contexts.
