Team Member – Café & Wellness

About the role
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Team Member to deliver the HILUHILU experience each day. You will work in a fast‑paced wellness café, preparing specialty drinks and food while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee, functional smoothies, juices, and café‑style food.
- Support daily food preparation and ingredient batching.
- Present and replenish product displays.
- Deliver a warm, welcoming customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and store standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with a passion for food & beverage service.
- Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a barista is required.
