Technical & Delivery Manager

About the role

The Technical & Delivery Manager drives flawless execution of product and project delivery across ReguTech's technical organization, bridging product strategy, engineering execution, and delivery governance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, communicate and enforce delivery milestones, quality standards and release criteria.
• Establish realistic roadmaps, track daily progress, and proactively manage risks and blockers.
• Coordinate with Product Manager, Engineering Manager and Tech Team Leads to align scope, capacity and architectural trade‑offs.
• Build or enforce delivery frameworks such as stage‑gates, release checklists and handoff protocols.
• Coach teams on execution excellence, predictability and quality, and mentor engineering leaders.

Required profile

• 8+ years in software delivery, programme or technical project management.
• 5+ years working directly with product and engineering teams in matrixed environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time, within quality and budget constraints.
• Experience in regulated sectors (e.g., fintech, government, healthcare) and familiarity with Saudi RegTech compliance is a plus.
