About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Specialist to join our sales team. In this position you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospective customers through outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and market research.
  • Conduct persuasive sales conversations to promote products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in telemarketing or telesales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow‑up consistently.
