Telesales Representative - ERP Solutions

About the role

Software Bank is a regional ERP and digital-transformation company working with businesses across the Middle East, offering Odoo and LOGO ERP platforms alongside its own solutions and integrations. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative in Amman, Jordan, who will talk to prospective and existing customers by phone to present ERP and technology solutions, qualify leads and turn opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound calls, understand customer needs and explain product features and benefits
• Follow up on leads provided by marketing and business development teams
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to schedule demos or meetings
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Provide basic product information, handle routine customer inquiries and support customers in the early stages of onboarding

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales or call center roles, ideally in software, ERP or technology services
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field preferred
• Goal-oriented, able to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is highly beneficial for regional clients
