About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telesales Specialist to drive lead generation and manage the full sales cycle over the phone. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting them into satisfied customers while meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Identify and build lists of potential customers from diverse sources.
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
Present services/products persuasively and close sales.
Schedule follow‑up appointments or coordinate meetings for the field team.
Record all interactions and keep customer information up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed defined sales targets while maintaining high communication quality.

Required profile

Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or business development.
Strong prospecting, persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
Results‑driven mindset with the capacity to work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems for data management.

Required skills

CRM software proficiency.
