The role focuses on establishing robust monitoring mechanisms for third‑party activities, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, and providing risk insights to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Establish monitoring mechanisms to track third‑party performance against contracts and regulations.
• Develop reporting frameworks to communicate risk metrics, trends, and emerging issues.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to address deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging third‑party risks, recommending framework adjustments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training on third‑party risk management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of risk management processes, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, vendor management, or IT procurement within banking/financial services.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven project management ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
