Transformation Portfolio Management Officer

About the role

The Officer, Transformation Portfolio Management will support Save the Children’s global Transformation Delivery portfolio by coordinating projects, managing meetings and logistics, and ensuring smooth administration across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Pro‑actively organise internal and external meetings, including senior‑management sessions, by handling invitations, room bookings, minute taking and publishing materials on SharePoint.
• Document meeting actions and decisions and ensure they are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage logistics for workshops and conferences: compile participant lists, send invitations, book venues, arrange travel support such as visa invitation letters, and coordinate supplier invoices.
• Support the design and production of internal communication materials related to the transformation agenda.
• Maintain and update project documentation on SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
• Provide administrative assistance to senior staff across the Transformation Portfolio Management team.

Required profile

• Experience in project coordination or administrative support within an international or non‑profit environment.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with senior staff across multiple geographic locations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based for the contract duration.
