About the role
Talabat is looking for a Vendor Coordinator to manage daily operations of non‑food vendors (NFV) and ensure their success on the platform. You will act as the main point of contact, providing support, quality checks and driving performance against KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain partner inventory with daily price, SKU and promotion updates.
- Monitor order flow, picker performance and optimise manpower rosters.
- Provide administrative assistance, resolve vendor issues and implement promotions.
- Train partners on internal tools, including Pelican, to improve order processing.
- Identify and solve delay causes by working closely with vendors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Customer‑oriented with strong verbal and written English communication.
- Logical thinking, data analysis ability and strong organisational skills.
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast‑growing team.
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Experience using Pelican or similar vendor management tools.
