About the role
As a Waiter (Guest Service Expert) you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring smooth coordination between the dining area and the kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, addressing guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, and service stations.
- Handle menus, verify information visually, and assist guests with menu questions.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
- Physical capability to lift and carry items as described.
