Wealth Management & Bancassurance Department Manager

About the role

The Wealth Management & Bancassurance Department Manager will lead the bank's wealth management function, overseeing investment portfolios, developing bancassurance products, and enhancing service models for affluent clients. The role focuses on client acquisition, asset growth, regulatory compliance, and team development to strengthen the bank's competitive position.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations, staff performance, and business continuity.
• Develop and implement wealth management policies, strategies, and digital capabilities.
• Design marketing campaigns for wealth management and bancassurance products.
• Manage investment portfolio allocation aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
• Lead client acquisition initiatives targeting high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Monitor AUM, fee income, KPIs, and market trends to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with central bank regulations and obtain necessary product approvals.
• Support Service Level Agreements, internal controls, and audit resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in wealth management and bancassurance.
• Strong knowledge of banking markets, products, and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive cross‑selling, and achieve growth targets.
