Accountant – Intercompany Reconciliation

About the role
Aramex is seeking an Accountant to manage intercompany accounting activities across its stations. The role ensures accurate transaction processing, timely reconciliations, and reliable reporting to support smooth financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all accounting tasks for Aramex stations related to monthly intercompany account reconciliation and balance confirmation.
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned stations, handling intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliations.
- Receive, verify, and record station invoices in the company financial system.
- Issue debit and credit notes, transfer invoices daily, and send invoices to the relevant stations.
- Continuously follow up with stations to resolve pending cases and close them before month‑end deadlines.
- Confirm monthly intercompany balances with stations and ensure timely settlement of balances in coordination with the accounting manager and team leader.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills and command of English.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
