About the role
We are seeking a motivated Admin & HR Assistant Intern to support daily administrative and human resources functions in a fast‑growing organization. This role offers hands‑on experience in both office management and HR processes, ideal for recent graduates eager to develop professional skills.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day administrative and clerical operations
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
- Organize and maintain company files, records, and documentation
- Handle email correspondence and internal communications
- Perform data entry and maintain databases and spreadsheets
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Support HR activities, employee documentation, and onboarding processes
- Coordinate administrative requests and follow up on assigned tasks
- Collaborate with different departments to support business operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company information
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently or in a team
