AI Data Associate – French, Generative AI (Data Services)

About the role

Amazon is expanding its generative AI capabilities and needs meticulous data professionals to label and evaluate multimodal content. As an AI Data Associate, you will work with French‑language data across text, speech, audio, image, and video to help train responsible large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Amazon’s privacy policies.
• Label and evaluate data (dialogue, speech, text, audio, video) using internal tools and guidelines.
• Deliver high‑quality labeled data that meets KPI targets.
• Analyze root causes of labeling errors, identify patterns, and propose quality‑improvement solutions.
• Support daily operational tasks, clarify internal queries, and suggest process enhancements.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in French (C1+) and proficient in English (B1+).
• Strong business writing, analytical thinking, and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions across multiple projects.
