Associate – Dry Utilities Engineer

About the role

Egis is seeking an Associate to join its Dry Utilities team within the Infrastructure division. The role supports project delivery, contributes to technical excellence, and helps maintain strong client relationships across complex development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Dry Utilities team, ensuring effective project execution.
• Contribute to strategic planning, identify new business opportunities, and improve technical processes.
• Support client relationships by addressing queries and providing technical assistance.
• Oversee infrastructure projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing technical accuracy, quality, and timeline adherence.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation under senior guidance.
• Participate in technical and quality reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to foster a productive work environment.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and bid submissions.
• Support resource planning and drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide regular project status reports.

Required profile

• Engineering background with experience in infrastructure or utility projects.
• Ability to lead a team and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
