About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high‑quality experience for our insurance customers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place customer calls in a professional manner.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and deliver precise information.
- Resolve complaints and service issues efficiently.
- Provide support via phone, email, ticketing systems and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely resolution of requests.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, requests and follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in insurance, customer service, call‑centre operations or a related field.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and complaint‑handling abilities.
- Professional attitude when dealing with customers.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic ticketing platforms.
