Commercial Manager – Beauty

About the role

The Commercial Manager – Beauty will lead the Myli Health & Beauty business across all channels in Jordan, driving profitability, growth and seamless omni‑channel execution. Reporting to the Country Head, you will own the P&L and shape the strategic direction of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and multi‑year business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead business development, new store openings, digital initiatives and market expansion projects.
• Define competitive assortment, pricing and merchandising strategies for both physical stores and e‑commerce platforms.
• Ensure consistent application of planograms, assortment structures and brand concepts across all touchpoints.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational performance, compliance with SOPs, health, safety and service standards.
• Coordinate closely with commercial, operations and omni‑channel teams to deliver a unified customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in retail management.
• Proven experience in the health & beauty or cosmetics sector.
• Demonstrated success managing full P&L and leading cross‑functional, omni‑channel operations.
• Track record of driving business growth, transformation and expansion.
