About the role
The Compliance Program Specialist will govern the compliance functions of Capital Bank Group and execute key compliance programmes across the bank and its subsidiaries. This role ensures regulatory obligations are met, risks are managed, and remediation activities are tracked and reported.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an Issue Log covering regulatory notes, internal audit findings, and remediation plans.
- Issue periodic reports on the progress of remediation plans, highlighting any slipped activities.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are logged in the system and monitored regularly.
- Conduct the annual update of the risk‑based approach (RBA) methodology.
- Lead the annual financial crime risk assessment in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Complete CRS and FATCA reporting requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant compliance experience.
