Network Transformation & Digital Migration Lead

About the role

Lead the regional transformation and modernization of the Consumer Banking branch operating model, driving operational efficiency, digital migration, automation, and enhanced customer experience across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement future‑ready branch operating models, including formats, service delivery, roles, workflows and standards.
• Lead end‑to‑end process simplification, standardisation and automation to eliminate manual activities and inefficiencies.
• Drive migration of branch transactions to digital, self‑service and alternative channels, reducing reliance on physical branches.
• Identify and adopt emerging technologies such as AI‑enabled solutions, intelligent automation and smart‑branch capabilities.
• Redesign workflows, capacity models and resource utilisation to improve staff productivity and lower cost‑to‑serve.
• Re‑engineer customer journeys to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences and shorter turnaround times.
• Establish transformation roadmaps, operating standards, performance measures and governance frameworks in partnership with country teams and functional partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Banking or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking operations, digital transformation or network management.
• Proven track record designing and implementing branch operating models, process re‑engineering and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and change‑management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities in English.
