Risk Management Manager – T&L QRM

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Manager to lead risk management initiatives within its Tax & Legal Quality Risk Management (T&L QRM) practice across Egypt and Jordan. You will ensure compliance with professional, legal and internal standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage risks within client engagements and ensure compliance with professional, legal and internal standards.
• Lead implementation projects related to firm policies and procedures, establishing risk controls and safeguards.
• Update internal manuals on quality management and coordinate consultations across teams.
• Provide risk‑management guidance to tax professionals and monitor key processes for quality and policy adherence.
• Support the Business Risk Leader, monitor regulatory compliance in the Middle East, and develop training sessions for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in a Big 4 accountancy firm, preferably in finance operations.
• Experience in risk management roles or projects within a Big 4 environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, business or risk management; Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English.
• Technology‑oriented mindset with ability to work collaboratively across functions.
