Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery across client engagements, ensuring high‑quality execution, strong financial performance, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery for multiple client engagements.
• Ensure high‑quality execution and adherence to delivery timelines.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue, margin, and utilization.
• Maintain and enhance client satisfaction through strong relationship management.
• Oversee contract management and governance processes.
• Negotiate and influence stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing change effectively.
• Track, report, and analyze delivery metrics using established frameworks.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in delivery, project, or program management.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale, complex engagements.
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are preferred.

Required skills

• Strong client communication and relationship management.
• Proven experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Deep understanding of delivery metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Financial acumen covering revenue, margin, and utilization management.
