Head of Growth & Client Strategy

About the role

Raizn builds AI‑driven revenue engines for scaling brands across the MENA region. We are seeking a senior leader to own the growth engine room, set top‑level strategy for client accounts, manage key relationships, and drive daily performance execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for active e‑commerce, lead‑gen, and performance partnership accounts.
• Lead senior client relationships, set direction, and act as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct daily performance reviews across all accounts, interpreting data and taking immediate action.
• Generate and assign daily tasks for creative and tech teams, translating strategy into clear execution.
• Deliver stronger ROAS, lower acquisition costs, and ensure account retention and expansion while reporting quarterly performance scores.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level performance marketing experience on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms.
• Comfortable managing client rooms and P&L responsibilities.
• Owner‑mindset: decisive, results‑driven, and comfortable with rigorous measurement.
• Strong AI fluency (e.g., Claude) is a significant advantage.
