Marketing Automation Manager – Crypto

About the role

As a Marketing Automation Manager in the crypto sector, you will design and optimise automated campaigns that guide users through the entire trading lifecycle. You will work closely with product, growth, compliance and tech teams to deliver personalised experiences that boost engagement, retention and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing automation strategies across web, app and trading interfaces using tools such as Braze.
• Build, launch and continuously optimise lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, KYC completion, first trade, deposits, re‑engagement).
• Analyse user behaviour to create segmented, multi‑channel communication flows (email, push, in‑app, SMS).
• Track and report on performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, retention) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, trading and engineering teams to ensure seamless user journeys and regulatory compliance.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing, personalisation and new crypto product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, preferably in fintech, crypto or online trading.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to performance tracking.
• Understanding of crypto regulations, KYC/AML requirements and digital asset markets.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM and CDP integration.
• Data analysis and dashboard/report creation.
• Multi‑channel campaign management (email, push, in‑app, SMS).
