HR Assurance & Governance Manager

About the role

The HR Assurance & Governance Manager will lead the design, delivery and monitoring of HR data reporting, policy compliance and governance activities. This role ensures that HR operations are aligned with strategic objectives, internal controls are robust, and staff are equipped with the knowledge to apply best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver periodic and ad‑hoc HR data reports for operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective implementation and compliance.
• Support HR governance and planning activities to monitor and achieve HR objectives.
• Identify gaps in internal controls, recommend improvements and reduce error risk.
• Coordinate with shared service teams to ensure seamless HR operations and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and deliver training for HR staff on policies, procedures and reporting tools.
• Provide regular management updates on governance, reporting and control topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant HR experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and attention to detail.
