HR Manager – FMCG

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function within a fast‑moving FMCG environment. This permanent, onsite position will shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and support the overall growth of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the FMCG sector.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
• Analyze HR data using HRIS systems to identify trends and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with finance.
• Stay current on labor law changes to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of local labor legislation.
